Children of Heroes Event at the Las Vegas Hilton Nov 20, 21
Robin Williams, Steven Seagal, Connie Stevens, Tim Conway and Harvey Korman to attend 2004 Children of Heroes Gala at Las Vegas Hilton this weekend.
The Gala for the Children of Heroes is an annual major fundraising
event benefiting the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF), a national charity dedicated to providing post-secondary education to children who have lost a parent from the Special Operations community.
Benefiting the SOWF, the Gala will party like only Las Vegas can, with major
stars from television, movies and the Las Vegas Strip. Live performances from superstars will run the gamut from Carnegie Hall to Broadway, and the Grand Ole Opry to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. 100% of all funds raised from both shows going DIRECTLY to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

Other stars like: Steven Seagal, Blake Clarke, Jacklyn Zeman of General Hospital, Teryl Rothery of Stargate: SG 1, are stepping forward and participating in the shows, along with some of the top lounge and cabaret acts in the country and the world.
Proceeds from the Children of Heroes Gala are distributed directly by
SOWF in the form of scholarships and counseling to the children of surviving
Special Operations personnel who are killed in training or operational missions.
